Together with colleagues from the University of Massachusetts, University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, City University of New York, and Technical University Eindhoven, Gary Moore is one of the co-coordinators of the CYE networks within EDRA and IAPS. Through these networks, we are working to stimulate more research on children, youth, and their environments, and more research presentations on issues related to the environmental concerns of children and youth at the annual and biennial meetings of both of these professional organizations.

At the present time, a series of intensive sessions, symposia, workshops, a tour, and informal working group discussions are being planned for the 1997 EDRA meeting in Montreal, May 1997. Gary Moore also facilitates discussion on the on-line CYE listserv which has a subscription list somewhere around 350 people world-wide. Other members of the group are active in presenting the results of our group's work at these meetings.
