Study Groups

Study Groups are a great way to:

  • organize your schedule
  • stay on track with homework
  • prepare for class
  • study for tests
  • make friends

TARC acts as a clearinghouse for students interested in studying with others at the same time and place each week. We'll add you to our database and match your request with other students who have same course/subject interest. You can also register as a group.

Some things to keep in mind:

  • Groups can meet either with a facilitator/tutor or without. You decide.
  • No attendance requirements or assignments beyond what the group decides for itself.
  • All groups can meet at TARC facilities and can use our dry erase boards, etc.
  • 2 to 8 people can make up a group.

Study Group Application.

Tutors are available to work with study groups.
