Research Interests:
I do research in the areas of identity, family, culture, sexuality and the body. I am currently involved in research on work/family conflicts and identity dissonance, and on the development of teratology (literally, "the study of monsters;" practically, the subspecialty of medicine dealing with "birth defects").

Teaching Interests:
I am currently teaching courses on sex and gender, sexuality and the body.
