Continuing Education student
WELCOME TO THE CONTINUING EDUCATION WEB PAGE of the Helen Bader School of Social Welfare (HBSSW). At the School of Social Welfare, we believe that professional development should be taught by dedicated faculty and community practitioners who display both theoretical and practical application on an array of current topics specific to your needs. Our dynamic programs prepare you for the challenges found in both fields of social work and criminal justice.

Please Note: For the biennium that begins July 1, 2007 and ends February 28, 2009, only 25 continuing education credit hours are required, 4 of which must be in social work ethics and professional boundaries. Thereafter, the biennia will run from 3/1/odd to 2/28/odd and 30 credit hours with 4 in social work ethics and boundaries will be required. Refer to the State of Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing website for further information.
