Dean Britz prepared several papers for publication, made a number of presentations and was the keynote speaker at a regional conference on library education in Kampala, Uganda in January. In addition, Dean Britz and Dr. Elizabeth Buchanan have joined the International Advisory Board for the Steinbeis Transfer Institute for Information Ethics (STI-IE).
