GRE / MAT INFORMATION

GRE

GRE test information is also available in the Graduate School (Mitchell Hall, Room 261) or by writing to:

MAT

The MAT can be taken at many college or university testing and counseling offices, including the UWM Testing Office in the Department of Enrollment Services (229-4689). Applicants outside the Milwaukee area can find other test center locations by writing to:

An official GRE or MAT score should be sent directly to the School of Information Studies. The test requirement will be waived for foreign students and applicants holding a graduate degree, Ph.D., or equivalent. Applicants whose overall GPA as calculated by the UWM Graduate School is at least 3.00 are also exempt from this requirement.
