Equity/Diversity Services (EDS) first implemented its Diversity Dividends program in October 2002. These programs usually run once a month during the Fall and Spring semesters and have included many topics relating to discrimination, sexual harassment, and affirmative action, and diversity. These presentations have incorporated guest speakers, panel of experts, and multi-media. EDS has collaborated with various campus entities including Legal Affairs, Student Accessibility Center, Roberto Hernandez Center, UWM Libraries, Multicultural Affairs, Center for Workplace Diversity, Employee Development Program, and the LGBT Resource Center.
