The Department of Mathematical Sciences is pleased to announce the E. Paul and Jane Humke International Mathematics Scholarship.

This scholarship provides an opportunity for UWM undergraduate students majoring in mathematics to participate in the Budapest Semesters in Mathematics (BSM) program or other comparable international study abroad programs in mathematics.
Yajni Warnapala-Yehiya, who received her Ph.D. in the area of Applied Mathematics in May 1999 under the direction of Assoc. Prof. Tzu-Chu Lin, is now a tenured associate professor and Chair of the Department of Mathematics at Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island.
