The NIEHS-MFBS Center is located within the UW-Milwaukee Great Lakes Wisconsin Aquatic Technology and Environmental Research (WATER) Institute, the largest academic freshwater facility on the Great Lakes.
To reach the NIEHS-MFBS Center from either direction off I-94 in Milwaukee, take the Lapham Boulevard exit (Exit 312A), turn east at the light on Lapham Boulevard, north at the light on First Street, and east at the light on Greenfield Avenue. The Institute is located at 600 East Greenfield Avenue, where Greenfield Avenue meets the harbor.
