One request per form, please.

Charges per request are $15.00 per half hour, plus tax, + $2.00 shipping and handling fee. These charges cover research and/or reproduction costs, whether or not an actual record is found. You will be invoiced by UWM under separate cover.

Please note that by placing a request for copies with us, you agree to and understand the following:

The copyright holder retains all rights to reproduction(s), including the right to grant others permission to further copy the reproduction(s).

You will not copy the requested reproduction(s) in any form or by any other means, nor will you allow others to do so.

You will not see the sell the reproduction(s) to other individuals or institutions.

You will not donate the reproduction(s) to other institutions.

You assume all responsibility for questions of copyright, literary rights, or invasion of privacy that may arise from copying or the use made of a copy.

You will not publish, reproduce, publicly display, broadcast or distribute this material in any format without first obtaining written permission from the Wisconsin Historical Society or the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Archives Department.

You agree to pay for all costs of research and reproduction(s).

** Please note: The Archives does not provide off-site research service for the Waukesha County probate records, as many records are accessible via the publicly accessible Wisconsin Circuit Court Access (WCCA) database found at http://wcca.wicourts.gov/index.xsl. Records not yet entered into this database can be searched by the Waukesha County Register of Probate office for a fee. Call them at (262) 548-7468 for more information.
