Desire2Learn makes it easy for instructors to develop course Web sites for web-enhanced, hybrid, and totally online courses. Desire2Learn allows instructors to post course content for students, such as lecture notes and course syllabi. Instructors can facilitate discussions, receive documents via the drop box, administer quizzes, and post grades for student to view using D2L as well.

PowerPoint

PowerPoint is an extremely powerful instructional tool that can be used for much more than presenting bulleted text outlines in class (though it can do that, too!). PowerPoint permits instructors to easily load any object, e.g., photos and drawings, text, graphs and charts, audio and video clips, into slides for presentation.

Image Scanning

Scanning allows you to convert photographs and slides into digital formats by using flat bed and slide scanners.

Video Editing

Instructors can use digitized video to effectively augment teaching in the classroom and online. Digitized video can be saved in a compressed format that is easily imbedded in a PowerPoint presentation, burned on a CD-ROM, or uploaded to the Web.
