Video Editing

Instructors can use digitized video to effectively augment teaching in the classroom and online. Digitized video can be saved in a compressed format that is easily imbedded in a PowerPoint presentation, burned on a CD-ROM, or uploaded to the Web. The LTC uses the Windows platform to teach transferring analog (e.g., VCR video) and digital video (e.g., DVD video) to a digital file. Nonetheless, the LTC Lab has both Windows and Macintosh platforms for digitizing video, and training in the Macintosh platform is available by individual appointment. Please contact Amy Mangrich to schedule an individual consultation at 414.229.4319 or by e-mail.
