Classified Leave Accounting Correction Form
The Classified Leave Accounting Correction form is used to report all leave accounting
errors for classified employees. The form should be completed by timekeepers as
soon as they become aware of an error in the reporting or entering of leave used
by the employee. Include all pertinent information and send the form to Payroll
Office, Engelmann 170 or email to payroll@bfs.uwm.edu.
