Peter Y. Paik received his AB in Comparative Literature from Brown in 1991, and his Ph.D. from Cornell in 1999. His work has appeared in Postmodern Culture, The Yale Broch Symposium, and Religion and the Arts. In addition to international cinema, his areas of research include philosophy, theology, and German and American modernism. Dr. Paik teaches, among other topics, Film and Philosophy, Religion and Spirituality in Cinema, and Science and Speculative Fiction.
