Course Description

Professor Tolkien's work has ridden waves of popularity for years. As the stories of The Lord of the Rings catch the imaginations of so many at the movies, let's explore the myth, folklore, legend that fed into those stories. We'll also explore the times that Tolkien wrote in through his correspondence, other writings and through critical texts that address Tolkien's work.
