Protocol Review Schedule
The ACUC has set up the following schedule for working group review of protocols:

Please submit a hard copy of your completed protocol* to Dr. Berri Forman, Lapham Hall, Room B 50. Also, submit a copy as an email attachment to berri@uwm.edu if you do not mind it being circulated to the IACUC members via email. A summary of the protocol will be sent to all ACUC members if you do not submit the protocol via email.
Our protocol review policy requires that committee members be given 5 working days to request a full committee review. If full committee review is requested a meeting will be scheduled. If a full committee review is not requested the protocol will be reviewed at the next ACUC designated group review date. Protocols submitted after the submission deadline for the month will be held for review the following month.
If alternative arrangements need to be made they must be approved by the Chair of the ACUC before the review date deadline. The ACUC appreciates your cooperation in this matter.
*Note: All protocols must be completed using the latest version found on the website under forms. All old versions will be returned.
