NWSA Conference Work Exchange Form

Work-Exchange Registration Form
Work-Exchange participants must be dues-paying members of NWSA. By applying for work-exchange you agree to work two four-hour shifts during the conference in exchange for having your registration fee waived. Work-exchange participants are required to check in with assignment supervisors at the beginning of each shift.
Please check the days and times that you will be available for work-exchange.

If so, please describe: Please note that all attempts will be made to accommodate requests for days/times of work-exchange and preferences for duties; however, there is no guarantee that all requests can be accommodated. The NWSA conference volunteer coordinator will notify work-exchange participants of their assignments in advance of the conference. It is the responsibility of the work-exchange participant to notify the NWSA conference volunteer coordinator if there are schedule or other conflicts with the assignment.
