  • International Campaign to Ban Landmines (ICBL)

      Visit the official web site of the International Campaign to Ban Landmines at http://www.icbl.org to learn more about the worldwide effort to erradicate the use of anti-personel landmines.

  • Adopt-A-MinefieldTM

      The Adopt-A-MinefieldTM Campaign engages individuals, community groups, and businesses in the United Nations effort to remove landmines around the world. The Campaign helps save lives by raising funds to clear minefields and by raising awareness about the landmine crisis. MCBL has adopted a minefield in in Boeung Krosal in Battambang Province, Cambodia which borders Thailand and is considered to be one of the most heavily mined regions on earth. The minefield is 30,000 square meters with a pagoda, a schoolyard, and surrounding agricultural land.

  • Landmine Monitor Report

      The 1999 Landmine Monitor Report details the progress of nation-states in regard to the Convention on the Prohibition of the use, stockpiling, production and transfer of antipersonnel mines and on their destruction. It is the most comprehensive book to date on the global landmine situation, containing information on every country in the world with respect to mine use, production, trade, stockpiling, humanitarian demining and mine survivor assistance.
