Registration fee due date to be included in the Proceedings: May 18, 2007
The deadline is extended to Friday, May 25, 2007 (no need for request).
NOTE: Although registration will continue, the Proceedings will close Friday, May 25, 2007, as it must go to the printer.

| • The registration fee includes: Proceedings, meeting refreshments (morning and afternoon), reception and banquet, and CTA 7 day EL pass. The fee offsets various conference expenses, such as lecture room, proceedings production, and some of the plenary speaker, organizer and other logistical expenses. It does not include lunches, nor hotel. Participants are responsible for making their own arrangements for accommodations. Recommended hotels and block arrangements for CMMSE are posted on the Travel and Accommodation web page. Details on getting these passes to participants have yet to be worked out, so please check back to the travel page as the meeting date approaches to find out more information. |
| • CMMSE will take payment up to the first day of the meeting, but it can not be guaranteed that there is time slot for a lecture. Late participants may enter the Poster Session. |

Method of Payment: There are three methods for payment for your convenience.

• European Bank Account; International Transfers. For your convenience, we provide this. It is our experience that USA Banks and banks outside the USA do not work well together in matters of transfer. Method B (Inside USA) |
• Credit Cards with USA addresses on the cards (only Visa and Mastercard); plus echecks and USA domestic transfers. Payment must be in US dollars, $325. If you do not have a corporate Visa or Mastercard available, please consider using this site with an e-check. It asks for the account number and routing number and it works just as if you had written a check out of your account. Consult your business manager and these numbers should be available.
REGISTER FOR CMMSE BY CREDIT CARD
This web site will verify the credit card holders address, and can only do so for USA addresses due to some limitations in the bank access. Hence, the card must be drawn on a USA bank and mailing address of the cardholder must be in the USA or territories. This link will also take echecks and transfers from USA banks through the routing and account numbers. We apologize for the inconvenience that this web site only allows USA addresses. For this reason, we have provided the EU account, above. |
