It is not necessary to have an article in the Proceedings to give a talk. CMMSE will continue to accept registration fees up to the first day of the conference. In such cases, a talk time will be guaranteed. CMMSE organizers will, however, attempt to locate a slot in the General Session typically, or to fill in for last minute cancellations. It is also possible to enter the Poster Session at any time.
