Take advantage of studying at the International Study Centre (ISC) of Herstmonceux Castle in England this summer!  The Herstmonceux program offers a wide variety of courses in many different fields of study. Generally there is a concentration on the arts and humanities with some language and social science in the fall, and a concentration on social science and business with some arts and humanities in the spring. 

Field studies at the Castle enable you to participate in your learning in an entirely new way, providing you with the opportunity to go beyond the classroom experience and adding a unique and exciting dimension to the curriculum. You might attend a play at the Globe Theatre, interact with NATO officials in Brussels, or walk through Charles Dickens's London.  Field Studies are an integral part of the Castle educational mission to anchor the academic experience in direct observation and participation.  See the following website for more information: http://www.queensu.ca/isc/

Participation:

This program is only open to UWM students.

Estimated Cost*: $5,205

* Cost includes academic fees, accommodation, all meals, in-country travel and academic excursions.

*Program fees are based on a realistic estimate of participants.  The cost may change if the exchange rate fluctuates or the minimum number of participants is not achieved.

**There are fee differentials for graduate students and non-Wisconsin residents.

***Financial Aid, Scholarships, and Grants can be used for this program.
