Wisconsin International Outreach Consortium The Center for International Education is a member of (WIOC), a non-profit outreach organization combining the talents and facilities of federally-funded international programs at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and the University of Wisconsin-Madison. As an organization, WIOC is dedicated to internationalizing educational curricula and professional knowledge through language and area studies. The WIOC centers perform a variety of individual outreach services, particularly for K-12 and college educators, as well as combining their efforts to support such projects as College Faculty Access Grants for library research in Madison and Milwaukee, and teacher training workshops.
