Opportunities to Direct a Program Abroad

• Faculty-Led Short-Term Overseas Programs
  UWM faculty are invited to plan and propose short-term credit-bearing overseas academic courses, using the dedicated Faculty-Led Short-Term Overseas Programs form. S ites may vary from year to year and must be applied for using a proposal form. Deadlines for proposal submission are November 1 for summer programs, April 1 for Winterim programs. 
  
  Preliminary ideas may be discussed with Terry Miller, Director of Overseas Programs and Partnerships, at 229-3040 or tmiller@uwm.edu 

• Programs of greater than 6 weeks 
  Those programs routinely requiring a faculty academic director include: 
  • London - every spring semester for 12 weeks.
  • Paris - every other spring semester (2004, 2006, etc.)
  • Santiago - every spring semester, mid February to mid July
