The Center for International Education was honored to welcome former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright to UWM's campus in October 2007.  Accompanied by Wisconsin Governor Jim Doyle and Lieutenant Governor Barbara Lawton, Secretary Albright offered a short lecture to Global Studies students.  A transcript of her lecture can be found in the Spring 2007 edition of Global Currents.
