"Introduction to Choosing a Major / Career"

In this workshop you will identify what you want or need from a major/career and how to use that information effectively in your research and decision making.

Specifically you will:
  1. Identify your interests, values, and skills and explore their impact on your career preferences
  2. Develop a list of personalized questions to use in your research of majors/careers to determine how well they match your career preferences

ATTEND THIS FREE WORKSHOP IF YOU:
  • want to identify and use important information about yourself in choosing a major/ career
  • are confused how to use information about yourself in the decision making process
  • already have a career/major in mind that you would like to develop good questions to use for final decision making
