EMPLOYER SERVICES
Interviewing On-Campus

UWM conducts on-campus interviews in the fall, primarily in October and November, and in the spring, from February through April. Standard interview schedules run from 8:30 - 4:30 with twelve half-hour or eight 45-minute interviews. However, we are always happy to accommodate special scheduling requests.

On-campus interviews are scheduled and managed through PantherJobs, an online college recruiting program. When you call to schedule an interview date you will be provided with a username and password to access the system online. Once you logon to the system, you will be able to view step-by-step instructions for setting up your account.

HOW TO ADVERTISE YOUR CAMPUS VISIT

One way to let students know about your organization's employment opportunities and that you will be interviewing on campus is to hold an information session on campus. These sessions are most frequently conducted in the UWM Union the afternoon or evening before your interview date. UWM room rental is free and equipment and catering is available for a fee. For any fees you acquire, you will be billed directly and payment via check or cash is due prior to the event. To make these arrangements, please contact the career services office responsible for your schedule.

Another way to inform students about your organization's employment opportunities and that you will be interviewing on campus is to advertise in the UWM campus newspapers. For detailed information and advertising fees, please contact the newspapers directly.
