Animal Care Facilities
The Lapham Hall Science Center Addition has a large animal care
facility with numerous holding and quarantine rooms. A surgery
suite,automatic watering system,procedure rooms and an isolation
facility are available for research activities. Trained staff care for
the animals under the supervision of the campus veterinarian. An
aquarium facility is also available for research and instructional usage
with dechlorinated water supplied to tanks ranging in size from 20 to
500 gallons.
