COED FLOOR HOCKEY

 REGISTRATION DEADLINE:   Monday, Feb. 4 @ 4:30pm
      

CAPTAINS MEETING:   Monday, Feb. 4th @ 6pm, Klotsche Rm 124
                    Captain or Co-Captain must attend
                  mandatory meeting after the registration
                    deadline.  If neither attend the captains
                    meeting your team will be dropped from 
                    the league and the team on the waiting 
                    list will take your place.


STARTING DATE:  Feb. 11, 2008
                                     
 
ENTRY FEE:   $25
      (refundable forfeit fee)
