UWM Computer Science, Engineering and Mathematics Scholarship (CSEMS) Program

Due to a grant from the National Science Foundation, the College of Engineering and Applied Science and the College of Letters and Science at UWM are pleased to offer scholarships for students who will enroll as freshmen or sophomores in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics. Applications from entering freshmen will be given priority. Applications from continuing students (students enrolling as sophomores or continuing freshmen) will be considered based on the number of awards given to entering freshmen. Information and Application Materials for
Entering Freshmen. You are an entering freshman if (1) you have
not previously been a full-time enrolled student at an institution of higher
education, and (2) you will be enrolled as a freshman for Fall 2005.
Information and Application Materials
for Continuing Students. You are a continuing student if you
meet each of the following conditions: (1) you have previously been a full-time
enrolled student at an institution of higher education; (2) you will be
enrolled as a freshman or sophomore for Fall 2005; (3) you have earned a
maximum of 45 credits (including transfer credits) from institutions of
higher education.
