Local Resources

Center for Behavioral Medicine: a mental health clinic offering a variety of services, including a comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program, family skills training, couples therapy, executive coaching, anxiety disorders treatment, cognitive behavior therapy, and substance abuse treatment. CBM's director, Dr. Joan Russo, is adjunct faculty at UWM and supervises fourth year students on placement at CBM.

 

InHealth Wisconsin: a non-profit organization dedicated to creating insightful, interactive, and inspiring programs and training that build capacity within individuals and communities to transform health and well being.

 

The Charles E. Kubly Foundation: seeks to better the lives of those affected by depression by increasing public awareness of the disease and its devastating effects, reducing the stigma associated with it, supporting depression related research and promoting improved access to quality mental health resources within communities.
