Lab Overview

Currently the lab consists of six graduate students, Keri (Brown) Popp, Andrew Busch, Laura Rusch, Rachel Manos, Cristal Weeks and William Bowe. We also have several undergraduate research assistants who are working on research projects with us. The lab is located on the second floor of Pearse Hall, in rooms 281, 281A, 281B, 281C, 285, 287, and 289. The lab comprises a multi-purpose meeting room, offices for the graduate students, multi-purpose experimental and coding rooms, and a room that houses the psychotherapy observation and recording equipment for the Depression Treatment Specialty Clinic.

We also have a therapy room in the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee’s Psychology Clinic, which is located on the first floor of Pearse Hall. The Depression Treatment Specialty Clinic uses the therapy room, and all therapy sessions are recorded with state-of-the-art digital recording equipment for research purposes. The therapy tapes are held in strict confidentiality and no one other than members of the lab, after the client has given permission, has access to the tapes.
