A questionnaire called the Perinatal
Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Questionnaire (PPQ). It was
published in Journal of Perinatology. The reference, DeMier et al. is
listed in the set of references in the link just above this. Our
research indicates that mothers of babies hospitalized in a NICU
answer between 6 and 7 of the 14 items "Yes"; mothers of full-term,
healthy infants answer 2.5 of the 14 items, "Yes".
